My client requires an experienced Project Manager with experience working for a UK based contractor on social housing projects between 10million and 30million. The position will be number 1 project manager reporting directly to the construction director. The Project Manager will oversee a live site of up to 200units, experience with traditional and timber frame builds are necessary.
