We are looking for an SAP SD MM Support Analyst for a leading company in London.

You role will be to Support internal customers within the logistics SAP modules SD & MM by promptly resolving their 2 ^nd and 3 ^rd line issues and queries. You will log the calls as required and take them through to resolution. You will optimize issue resolution by following production support procedures effectively and efficiently. You will work very closely within the client support team and liaise with other functional team members and managers in order to maintain and apply common processes.

Main Duties:

• Maintain appropriate log of issues/queries as put forward by markets within helpdesk software.
• Actively promote the designed processes within the organization
• Contribute to group goals as set out in the methodology and achieve high level results by being proactive in the approach
• Participate in ad-hoc and on-going support and Financials projects
• Produce periodic reports

Education and Experience Required:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration or Computer Science or commensurate experience
• Minimum 2+ years experience in a 2 ^nd level support role for SD/MM.
• Good communications skills and happy to work flexibly.

Other Desired Skills:

• Knowledge of SAP FI/CO and integration points.
• Experience of working within a customized SAP solution
• Configuration experience in SAP MM/SD
• Experience in using a helpdesk Remedy Management tool
• Another European language would be a benefit, Spanish French, German, Dutch, Portuguese etc
