The purpose of this role is to perform regulatory compliance system testing to achieve industry, schemes and banking accreditations for open payment and contactless systems.

Key responsibilities

• To maintain up to date knowledge of card payments regulatory compliance and banking accreditation requirements, standards and processes.
• Prepare test plans, for card payments, regulatory compliance and bank accreditation.
• Liaise with counterparts at merchant acquirer banks and/or ITSO to plan compliance and accreditation test activities.
• Prepare detailed compliance and accreditation test specifications for testing devices, software and systems.
• Liaise with Engineering departments and customers with regard to testing of projects.
• Conduct tests both in house and on site at merchant sites, acquiring banks and ITSO
• Prepare and issue test reports.
• Prepare and update user manuals as required.

Experience

• 3+ years experience of Testing / QA analysis including test design, scripting, fault reporting and risk assessment
• Previous knowledge of card payments regulatory compliance standards.
• Experience of scheme based compliance testing.
• Ability to write good reports and general word processing skills.
• Good day to day planning skills, co-ordination and control under pressure.
